Garage Door Services in Los Coyotes Country Club, Buena Park

Los Coyotes Country Club is a private club in the City of Buena Park at 8888 Los Coyotes Drive, ZIP 90621, with a 27-hole course first designed in 1957 and redesigned in 1998. The surrounding streets sit in the northern half of Buena Park near the Fullerton city line, with Ralph B. Clark Regional Park on the city's northern edge. This area is in Buena Park, not Fullerton, and it should not be confused with Los Coyotes Diagonal, a street in Long Beach in Los Angeles County.

Buena Park's housing is some of the oldest in the service area. City records show 38.6 percent of homes were built in the 1950s, 16.3 percent in the 1960s and 18.9 percent in the 1970s, and about 87 percent of units are more than thirty years old. Build dates and later alterations vary street by street, so the door, opener and springs are identified at the home rather than assumed. On older homes, any original opener predates the 1993 federal entrapment protection requirement and may have no photo eyes, and garages that were widened later can carry mismatched panels, reused track and springs sized for the previous door.

Buena Park's building code adopts the state lists of work exempt from permits without change, and garage doors are not on those lists, so the permit position is confirmed for your address with the Building Division at 6650 Beach Boulevard. Urgent Garage Doors answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a 30 to 60 minute response, carries common springs on the truck, and gives a written price before work begins. New residential openers must have battery backup under SB 969. We work under California license CSLB #1055150, classification C-61/D-28. Call (949) 529-7743.
