The Great Park Neighborhoods occupy the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro in ZIP 92618, between Irvine Boulevard, Sand Canyon Avenue, the 5 and the 241. After Orange County voters rejected an airport there in 2002, the land became a master-planned community, with FivePoint as master developer. The city names eight neighborhoods: Beacon Park, Cadence Park, Luna Park, Novel Park, Parasol Park, Pavilion Park, Rise Park and Solis Park, beside the Orange County Great Park.
