Tustin Meadows is a planned community in south Tustin, ZIP 92780, built from 1968, Tustin's centennial year, which gave it its name. The Robert H. Grant Co. built it on Irvine Company land as the first Irvine-developed community where buyers owned the land under their homes. About 935 homes surround Centennial Park, with two clubhouses on Canterbury and Devonshire, and the city's historic survey notes its single entrance on Sycamore from Red Hill Avenue. Streets were laid out to discourage through traffic.
