East Lake Village is a planned development in Yorba Linda, zoning district PD-10, built around a 15-acre private lake, framed by Yorba Linda Boulevard and Fairmont Boulevard and entered from Village Center Drive. Its clubhouse, pools, spa and courts serve sub-areas that include patio homes and the Lake Townhomes, and most of the housing dates from the late 1970s through the 1980s.
