Green Valley is a residential community in northeastern Fountain Valley, ZIP 92708, bounded by Warner Avenue, Talbert Avenue, Euclid Street and Ward Street, with Mile Square Regional Park immediately west. The Green Valley Homeowners Recreation Association counts 787 single-family homes and 261 attached units, 1,048 in all. Fountain Valley incorporated in 1957 and built out under a master plan, with nearly all its housing built in the 1960s and 1970s.

Membership in the recreation association is mandatory.
